Water Borewells Initiative by MIWF

Water is a fundamental necessity for human survival, yet many regions in India face severe water scarcity, disproportionately affecting marginalized communities, including Muslims. Recognizing this critical need, MIWF has initiated a project to install water borewells in areas suffering from acute water shortages.

MIWF identifies high-priority regions and arranges for the immediate installation of borewells to provide communities with access to clean, sustainable water sources. In 2024 the total number of beneficiaries are 99,000+ from the water borewells installed by MIWF in different locations in India.

In 2025, MIWF aims to establish 5 water borewells, ensuring that hundreds of families can meet their daily water needs without hardship.

The estimated cost for this vital project is ₹6 Lacs
