It has come to the attention of the Minhaj Interfaith & Welfare Foundation (MIWF) that numerous Muslim families, due to unforeseen circumstances, have lost their primary means of earning a livelihood. As a result, they are enduring severe hardships and living in conditions of poverty. However, their determination to rebuild their lives and achieve self-sufficiency remains unwavering.  

 

In response to this pressing need, MIWF has launched a dedicated Micro Financing Initiative aimed at empowering such families. Through this program, carefully selected families are provided with financial assistance to establish small, independent businesses. This support enables them to create sustainable income-generating activities, providing economic independence and improving their quality of life.  

 

To ensure the effective utilization of resources and the success of these ventures, MIWF representatives conduct regular follow-ups and monitoring visits. These checks are designed to assess the progress of the businesses, provide guidance, and address any challenges the beneficiaries may face. By maintaining a close connection with the families, MIWF ensures that the funds are being used productively and that the initiative achieves its intended impact. For 2025 MIWF wants to finance 50 such families. The fund MIWF raising is ₹50Lacs for this project.
